How long does it take to ship the orders?
We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 3-5 days for MUMBAI or DELHI and 5-7 days for the rest of India under standard shipping.
Orders are usually delivered the fastest in A-1 metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, followed by other areas.

The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. We do our best to expedite the shipping for all orders, however, it’s possible that occasional delays may sometimes happen on a case to case basis.
Please note that www.cannagummies.in is not liable for any shipping delays, or loss of any kind resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as: recipient was unavailable or un-contactable, incorrectly addressed orders, weather conditions and so on. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay in such situations.
Express shipping orders are dispatched through DTDC Express in most of the cases. Delivery times are dependent on the courier and other factors. Usual delivery times are 1-3 Days for Metro cities, and 3-5 days for rest of India.
Delhi-NCR users can opt for an optional same day delivery using Porter or Borzo. Delivery charges are paid to the delivery guy directly by the customer.
Cannagummies® liability is limited to dispatching the confirmed order with valid prescription within 24 working hours.
How can I track my order?
You can find tracking link by navigating to My Account > Orders.
The tracking link will be available only when the order is about to dispatch and shipment is created with the courier company.
How do you ship the orders?
We have partnered with various shipment providers including but not limited to Delhivery and Ecom Express for local delivery to various pin codes in India.
Express shipments are dispatched through DTDC Express, Delhivery express, incase of pin codes not serviceable by these couriers, we select the best suitable courier available and confirm the same with customer.
Which locations do you deliver?
We deliver to more than 20,000 thousand pin-codes all over India through our courier partners. This covers almost all of the internet-enabled area of the country.
What are the delivery charges at www.cannagummies.in
Standard shipping is complimentary and included in the packaging & handling charges charged on each SKU.
For Express shipping we charge a standard fee of 450.00 on the total order up to 3 SKUs.
For Delhi-NCR customers choosing same day delivery using Porter or Borzo, delivery charges are based on the location and are to be paid to the delivery guy upon delivery.
What if the delivery that I received is damaged?
In rare cases of transport damage, If you found the courier bag damaged/tampered or opened, please reject it at delivery (even if it’s a prepaid order) and notify us on chat/email and we will take further action and refund you if necessary. We prefer to replace the order in such cases.
For all claims related to receiving a damaged product, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue. We will not be able to entertain claims of a damaged product without video proof at the time of unboxing.
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only within India and not to any international location.
