Go to My Account > Orders and click on the Track Order put your order number to review the status of your order along with the tracking information.

We usually process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day and the standard delivery time is 3-5 days for MUMBAI or DELHI and 5-7 days for the rest of India under standard shipping.

Orders are usually delivered the fastest in A-1 metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, followed by other areas.

The delivery timelines shared above are based on the average timelines of all our previous orders history and you are most likely to receive it within that timeline. Express shipping orders are dispatched through DTDC Express in most of the cases. Delivery times are dependent on the courier and other factors. Usual delivery times are 1-3 Days for Metro cities, and 3-5 days for rest of India.

Delhi-NCR users can opt for an optional same day delivery using Porter or Borzo. Delivery charges are paid to the delivery guy directly by the customer.
